Hey, ever since I started MySpacing, Xanga seems so tedious. Regardless, though no1 is actually gonna be reading this since I neglected Xanga for so long, I will make a new entry.  The fact remains that I miss Boston so much and frankly, I miss a few people also, but its gonna be a while till I come back, so I make the best of it while I'm in sunny California lol.

Let's see... what's happening in the life of Eddy? Well, today is Eddy and Cali's 10 month anniversary. We began going out on December 18, 2004 and we've been going strong ever since. So happy 10 month anniversary to us! Eddy's been studying really hard for mid-terms lately. I guess his school is hard or something because he has to study all the time. For the past couple of weeks, Eddy has been spending hours upon hours in the library and going back to his dorm only to spend many more hours studying for whatever he has the next day. He is enjoying California but he does miss peoples over here (as it says in all the entries that he actually wrote). Eddy will be back on November 23rd to visit for a few days. Sorry though, people, cause he's all mine those 4 days. I'm sure Eddy wouldn't mind seeing some of the people that he's been missing since he's been in California, so if you would like to see Eddy during the time that he's here, you can contact him or me (CaliBRS <-- xanga name) and we'll see if we can work something out.  Okay, peeps, it was nice hacking in to Eddy's xanga and talking to everyone. Rite now, i'm going thru midterms and they SUCK! we have so much work to do, like 7 page essays, a million chapters to cover in my business class, and math problems up the ass...kinda frustrating in a way.  the only things i look forward to out here rite now is getting to eat and not having to wear pants (cz i'm always wearing short-pants muehehe).  this college for me, it is fun because there's so much to do but i also miss people back home a lot...and being able to see them all the time. i miss my Baby Girl Cali =[ and i miss all my Dorchester, my Southie, n my Quincy! people so much...

For my homies in Boston, here's wats up here in California. Everything is goin aite, n me n a friend of mine on my floor are the Chair n Vice Chair of my dorm (Fluor Tower) building government, so we rule the place =] 

its the best place to live

And the weather here is better than anywhere else, and the best part about it is that its consistent....the worst day was when i felt this cool breeze and there were some clouds, it really sucked. Anyways, i'm still trying to keep it Dominican n not wear sox from time to time and for those that care, my legs were clean shaven my first week at SC so i'm mad aerodynamic.

And also, my roomate is the most mexican guy on the Latino Floors...he really did come from Mexico (illegaly or not, i'm still not sure) but he speaks good english n he's gonna b an engineer... the best beaner engineer ever. His name is Misa Ochoa

i sleep....sleep, as you will soon learn in college, is a precious commodity, which is done best at night but frequently occurs (involuntarily) during the day -_- Well thats enough for now cz i'm gonna go n get ready for my next class, so i hope this enlightens you somewhat to how college life is expreienced.... i'll b back to rite more later

wassup at the University of Southern California?

This place has the best weather on the planet, and not to mention, some pretty cool people too. Life on the Latino Floors is great and i'm embracing me Latino/Mexican culture in leaps n bounds, but thats besides the fact.

The truth is college life here is so much beter than high school, and so is the food, i'm loving the buffet style meals. Note that i'm eating literally 4 to 5 plates of food at every meal.  And the best part is, my ill dorm (which has AC unlike all the other USC dorms) is rite next to the gym and 2 pools, so i get to work out every day and be the buff guy that i know i can one day become.

And now lets get down to the nitty gritty. I dont know what people have heard about the social life on the west coast but its pretty nice if i must say, in comparison to Boston. If anyone ever cared, they would understand. And the parties, there have been many of those and i'm more than certain that there will be a lot more, but its not the reason why i'm in college. I'm here to study. However i have hit up sum crazy nice parties while i was here, n i've been checkin out sum hot Latin Frats like Lamda Upsilon Lamda, Sigma Delta Alpha, Lamda Theta Phi, and the Hermanos Unidos brotherhood (all of which know how to throw a kick back).

But most recent in the Latino Floors current affairs, the 7th floor people (i'm on the 6th floor of the latin floors, and the 7th is the other) they teepeed our doorway to r suite with duct tape n toilert paper one nite n wen we rushed thru it we were attacked with whipped creeme...bastards.  But we're gonna get them back on one dark n stormy nite with a hail of water balloons, shhh muehehe. But the Latino Floor people, we're madd tite. And i cant forget to mention that my roomate is a straight up Mexican, watta beaner he is. But I'm learning that these ppl r really cool no mater how mexican they may be, and i wanna take back everything i ever sed about my mexican buddies =].     

anyways, this entry was long enough so i wont go into details about my trip to hollywood plaza or this crazy beach trip we took by santa monica or the huge water polo players that roam the dorm halls with crazy shriveled blonde hair.

i'll update more later n i'll try to figure out how to post pics.
